The Conference Venue
Both the pre-conference (Thursday, May 13th – Saturday, May 15th) and conference (Monday, May 17th – Friday, May 21st) events will take place at AITI-KACE, Opposite State House, Accra.

Conference Registration
Registration can be done on the Idlelo website (http://idlelo.net/content/idlelo-4-conference-registration-form). Late Registration can also be done at the Registration Desk which will be located at the entrance area of AITI-KACE. For conference registration fees please check the Registration Form. Payments can be done by bank transfer to the FOSSFA account below.

Please keep your receipts if you wire your money as you may be asked to produce them at the Registration Desk. Please that note that if payments are not made prior to the beginning of the conference the registration process will take longer since we will request a payment on-site (cash only).
Registered participants can pick up their conference badge and the conference materials at the Registration Desk. Please wear the badge visibly at all times during the conference – entry to the sessions is only possible with your badge.
The Registration Desk will be your referral point for any questions you may have during the conference. The Registration Desk will be open each day between 08:00 and 17:00.
The Conference Programme
You will find up to date information about the conference programme on this website (Please Check on PROGRAMME from http://idlelo.net/content/conference-programme). Copies of the programme will also be made available after registration.
As a conference participant you will not need to register for the main conference sessions, but you are suppose to select the sessions you will like to attend.
Snacks will be provided daily for participants during the conference. Sponsored participants will receive a daily stipend to cater for their lunch and dinner.
Cultural Dinner
A cultural dinner will be organised as part of Idlelo 4. Please come with your traditional attire. There shall be a session for traditional dress. Don't leave your culture out!.
Pre-Conference Events
In addition to the main conference events, there will be pre-conference training sessions which will take place from Thursday, May 13th to Saturday, May 15th. Please note that these events are not included when registering for the main conference and that you will need to register for these separately.

Seating is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis; therefore, please register as soon as possible. Lunch is not included in the pre-conference events package, unless otherwise stated.
Registration confirmation
If you register for one or more training workshops, you will receive an e-mail from the FOSSFA Secretariat, confirming that you are registered for the pre-conference event(s) you had booked. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at secretariat@fossfa.net before you leave for the conference. Without the confirmation, you will not have access to the pre-conference event.
You must print out this confirmation as well as the confirmation for the registration for the main conference and show it when registering for the conference on?site!
Grant
There will be limited grants available. Please check for more on the registration form.
National Flag
Please come along with your national flags, since we are not sure we can get a good one in Accra, Ghana. Medium-sized flags will be appropriate.
